I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with other hotels nearby and a beautiful hill for morning trail runs right next door. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were polite, professional, and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing enhanced comfort during my stay. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, including a wellness center with clean facilities and various saunas to relax in. The indoor pool was spacious and allowed for a refreshing swim. Additionally, I loved the fact that there was a small restaurant within walking distance that served delicious local cuisine.

The design of the hotel's second floor may cause some disappointment or discomfort.

The hotel has a good location, close to the city center and public transportation. the breakfast was decent and the view from the room was nice.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, it felt like they didn't want to be there. the Wi-Fi didn't work properly, and it was frustrating to try and use it.

I had a really good stay in my recent trip to Slovenia. The hotel was organized, and everything was really clean. I liked the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to the medical center and water pavilion. The breakfast and lunch options were good, and there were enough GF items and vegetarian options to choose from. Another thing that I liked about the hotel was the helpful and professional staff.
The mattress was uncomfortable, and I experienced some back pain during my stay. , the Wi-Fi was free, but the quality was poor and didn't really work well during my stay.

The room, cleanliness, wellness center, staff, and ambiance were great. Indoor pool, spacious with enough place to swim. Friendly staff, helpful with hiking recommendations. Conveniently located, near medical center and water pavilion. Polite and professional staff. Breakfast and lunch had many food options, including GF and vegetarian. Excellent transfer service. Plenty of recommended activities. Great food.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was polite and professional. This city has convenient and accessible transportation. The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities, like the spa and indoor pool.
